Now when I say wicked, I don’t mean wicked as in evil wicked; I mean wicked as in awesome wicked. Which is exactly what Wicked Uncle are. Especially for last minute Christmas shopping! I’m almost done with mine, but I do have a few little bits still to get this week. I am not usually as unorganised as this – I’m normally all done with wrapping by now! Luckily the boys still have another four days at school, so hopefully I’ll manage to get some done then.

If you’re a bit like me this year but don’t want to venture out to the shops then Wicked Uncle might just be your saviour; especially with shipping in time for Christmas. When I was tasked with choosing something for the boys for a couple of last minute gifts, it took me a while to decide as there is so much variety at great value prices. Read on to see what I bought and get some inspiration!

Wicked Uncle

Yeti in my Spaghetti – £14.95

Yeti in my Spaghetti

When I came across Yeti in my Spaghetti I had to put it in my basket as a joint present for the boys. Every time it comes on the TV they shout “Yeti in my spaghetti, can I have that for Christmas please?!”. And often just randomly shout yeti in my spaghetti… (How many times do you think I can say yeti in my spaghetti in one post?) It’s going to be great fun to play – being similar to a popular retro game, but a more modern version!

Hangman – £12.95

Hangman

I’m a fan of wooden toys and like to buy them for Christmas or birthdays for the boys. So when I saw this wooden hangman from Melissa & Doug, I immediately thought of Jacob as he’s always playing it with us on his whiteboard at home. All of the pieces are attached to the board with elastic. They can simply be flipped over when a letter is guessed, and a piece of the man when one is guessed wrong. It comes with an erasable whiteboard and marker pen so he’ll be able to use it to keep entertained on long car journeys too.

T-Rex Buzz Wire – £12.95

T-Rex buzz wire

I found it a bit more difficult to choose something for Noah (as there was so much choice!) but eventually narrowed it down to this T-Rex 2-in-1 buzz wire. It gained a big tick because it’s dinosaur related, which he still loves. I also remembered back in the summer when we went to a fun day; there was a buzz wire game that he had a go on and loved. The 2 wires are really easy to change, they just clip in & out of place. I imagine there is going to be serious concentration faces whilst playing this!
