If you read last week’s weigh in you will know that I won Woman of the Year in group, which made me incredibly over the moon and therefore motivated for a good week! I stayed on plan all week but I do think I need to start meal planning again; it really does help with staying on plan as I don’t struggle for new meal ideas and I can plan meals and shopping well in advance.
We attended a fun day at Jacob’s nursery on Saturday afternoon and I knew there was going to be a cake stall there, which is usually a deal breaker for me! I am going to be completely honest and admit I did have a scone, but I synned it, wrote it down in my diary, and managed to remain within my syns for the rest of the day. High five for me!
I have been slightly better at posting meals on Instagram this week, so here are a few:
Though I thought I’d had a good week, I still didn’t feel like I had lost any weight so I wasn’t expecting much from the scales in all honesty. Nonetheless, I stepped on them of course, and they showed a 0.5lb loss which I was quite okay with. That target number is edging ever closer!
