weekly weigh in

I was a bit annoyed after my weigh in last week and only coming away with a maintain as I was on plan all week and had nothing to show for it really. I went away from group feeling more determined to get a loss this week, but knowing I had a fundraising event coming up at the weekend, involving afternoon tea, I had already decided I was going to a few EESP days after that, up until weigh in. I don’t know how people manage a full week as I can only just manage a few days without yogurts, pasta, and bananas!

So, apart from Saturday, I was once again on plan all week and actually thought about food before I put it in my mouth – “Is it worth the syns?”. That is certainly an improvement on a few weeks ago anyway when I was shoving anything and everything into my mouth! It feels really good when you get to the end of the day knowing you have stayed on plan and haven’t faltered, even though you may have wanted to.

Before I get to my weigh in update, here are the usual few meals from the week:

I went to group feeling a little nervous as though I was expecting a gain, I had no idea how much it would be and I didn’t want to be too far away from that next stone bracket again. I was quite pleased when I stepped on the scales and I only had a 0.5lb gain – phew! It should be easy enough to get off again next week if I stick to plan.
