Slimming World weigh in #28 – the one with the missing weeks…

You may have noticed I have been MIA for the last few weeks. I’ve had a lot going on and had a little blogging break but I have still been going to weigh in – with the exception of one week.
Anyway, I’ve been so up & down with being on plan, pretty much like a yo-yo! I lost my appetite for a while and was barely eating anything but then it started coming back and I was back in the game for a few days but then I went off track again for various reasons and was either eating crap or not eating at all – phew! So from one weigh in to the next I haven’t known what to expect to be honest, I’ve just gone hoping for the best and luckily have still lost each week.
Even though I haven’t been completely on plan for the last few weeks – I’ve been under the motto of ‘on plan when you can’ – I have still made myself go to group and face the music so to speak even when I haven’t felt like it, as I know if I miss a couple of weeks I will just stop altogether. We are currently in the process of moving too so it will probably be a few more weeks yet until I am completely back on it!
I’m not going to share my Instagram updates this week as to be honest I haven’t had that many on plan ones, but I am going to share my weigh in updates from each week; I plan to be posting regular again from now on anyway!

At weigh in last week I decided I wanted to go for 1.5lb loss this week, to get me just into that next stone bracket. I started off well but then I was up & down again, but I still managed to lose 1lb which actually took me to my interim target which I had forgotten about, so I was still pleased with my loss. Hopefully next week I will be seeing the weight on the scales starting with a 10!

  1. You're doing great, we can't always be on plan all the time, life gets in the way, but it's great you haven't given up and are doing your best. Keep it up!

  2. Well done what a great loss, you should be proud of yourself 🙂 Especially when times have been tough – I am just a little behind you at 2 stone 0.5lbs as of today and I feel so much better for it.
