As I mentioned in my last update a couple of weeks ago, I was on holiday last week so I didn’t weigh in. Up until we went away I was on plan, then it kind of went out of the window – well I was on holiday after all! I had lots of treats like cake, ice cream, chips… and we had a couple of takeaways, plus a barbecue! Add at least one alcoholic beverage a day and well, I must have been way over my syns! I could really tell by the end of my holiday that I had been off plan though as I felt so bloated and clothes that had fit fine the week before were tight!
When we got back I went straight on to EESP. It did take some more meal planning than usual but it was easier than I thought and I didn’t miss my carbs as much as I expected, as you get two HEb choices anyway so it kept me going – I don’t think I could do it for more than a few days though, which is recommended anyway.

The day after we arrived home I wanted to see how much damage I had done so I could do some damage limitation; my scales showed nearly half a stone gain! I wasn’t surprised to be honest with the amount I had eaten, so I was glad I had decided to do EESP. Obviously I went to weigh in expecting a huge gain so I was really surprised when the scales showed I had only gained 2lb! So my scales seem to be way out, I don’t think I’ll be using them any more…
I’ve been back on normal plan now since weigh in, and apart from a BBQ this evening I don’t have any naughties planned, so fingers crossed I get near that 2 stone loss next week!

- starting weight – 13st 4.5lb
- previous weight – 11st 5.5lb
- current weight – 11st 7.5lb
- loss this week – 2lb gain
- loss so far – 1st 11lb
- Club 10 target weight – 11st 13.5lb – achieved 05/05/15!
- final target weight – 9st 6lb

2lb is not so bad after a holiday , i would have came home a stone heavier! I bet you lose that again next week xx
