Last week after 16 weigh ins, I finally managed to get my Club 10 award after chasing it for weeks! I also wanted my 1.5st award last week but I was one pound away from that so that’s what I was aiming for this week.
I had an okay week to start with which slowly went downhill at the weekend as we had a takeaway, but come Monday I had my head back in the game as I wanted that number on the scales, so I was right back on it!
Though the weekend escapades meant my syns were 154/105, oops… so I wasn’t really expecting much of a loss, if any to be honest!
On to weigh in. I went there quite amused as it was bake club night – from weight loss group to weight gain group! As I said I wasn’t really expecting to reach my 1.5st loss target, but I stepped on the scales and I was shocked to see I had lost 1.5lb taking me over that target too.
I have plans this weekend so I’m just going to hope for the best next week!

- previous weight – 11st 12.5lb
- current weight – 11st 11lb
- loss this week – 1.5lb
- loss so far – 1st 7.5lb
- Club 10 target weight – 11st 13.5lb – achieved 05/05/15!
- final target weight – 9st 6lb
