After my last few rubbish weeks I decided that this week I was going to be right back on track as I was determined to get that one stone shiny! And this week I was back on track. I synned everything I should have, stopped stealing the boys’ food, stayed within my syns every day and ate healthy home cooked meals all week. I felt much better for it too. I also noticed my clothes have started to get a little baggy so I decided to measure myself and since measuring at the beginning of February I have lost 1.5 inches all over (well, mainly from my waist), which is great! I’m going to try and remember to measure myself monthly so I can see progress off the scales as well as on. Talking of off the scales progress, I also had a NSV when I managed to get into a size 12 top, from Primark! (Where I usually have to go up a size). I have to admit I think it’s supposed to be a baggy top, but still, you know…
I also managed to get slimmer of the week again (for the third time – I’m building up quite a collection of certificates now, I’m going to need a new fridge!).
