Last year I found a group over on Facebook called Embrace Happy (you can also find posts on Instagram under the hashtag #embracehappy). It is the brainchild of the lovely Karin from Cafe Bebe and it has so many followers. I started off well and then I fell into depression and totally swept it aside. Well this year, is going to be my year, and I’m going to stick with it.

The motto of the Embrace Happy group is:

“Not every day is good but there is good in every day”

And it’s oh so true. I am still having a lot of down days but with the #3goodthings task I am finding that there is at least one good thing in every day that I can automatically think of. Karin has urged everybody who is part of the group to find ‘their’ word for 2015. I was debating between a few but my main word is going to be –

“FOCUS”

It’s going to be a year to focus on me.

To focus on finding happiness again.
To focus on my weight loss.
To focus on my health.
To focus on my family, and those friends who are truly there for me.
To focus on finding my life again.

What will be your word for 2015?
