So last week’s meal plan didn’t quite go to plan. On Monday we went for an impromptu meal out so we had Monday’s on Tuesday as the potatoes needed using, so the burgers are on this week’s. On Saturday I didn’t have anything as I didn’t feel well but J still had his (hubby had a microwave burger, yuk!).
Here is my meal plan for w/c 14th July:
Monday – Ham salad using the salad from our weekly fruit & veg box
Tuesday – Veggie sausage rolls, homemade chips, and beans
Wednesday – Spaghetti bolognese with garlic bread
Thursday – Jacket potatoes with various fillings
Friday – We’re going to the VIP opening of The Summer Adventure at Stockeld Park this afternoon/evening so it will be BBQ!
Saturday – Homemade lamb & feta burgers with homemade potato wedges
Sunday – Roast dinner & all the trimmings (not sure what yet, depends what’s on offer at the weekend)
