It’s been ages since I made an update on my weight loss – in fact I think it was a year ago, after little man arrived! I have been keeping up with it though; well, on & off. As you know, I use MyFitnessPal. Since I joined in January 2010, I have got on really well with it, and before little man arrived, I lost 50lbs, so I know I can do it. The thing is, just lately I’m getting a little bored of calorie counting now. I’m a very OCD person in certain areas so weighing and measuring everything is one of these, and it takes up too much time for me, and is a bit monotonous.
After doing Live Below The Line, I now know that I used to snack more for comfort than anything, and just the fact that the food was there, not due to the fact I was hungry! Since LBTL, I snack a lot less, and after losing 6lbs during that week, have only gained 1lb back, so I am trying my hardest to maintain it, then lose.
I’m currently looking at different diet plans which I can do online – I would prefer to do it on my own rather than go to a group, I know I can, I’ve done it before – such as Slimming World, Weight Watchers, and Tesco Diets. I know which most people would recommend, and I’m keeping it in mind, but like somebody said to me earlier, I have to find something that works for ME.

I find I snack more just by having it there too. It's much easier to just leave it in the shop isn't it?
