One of my favourite sights in my house is a bunch of flowers on display. I think it’s such a welcoming sight for guests, and you can’t beat the smell of a fresh bunch. I don’t get bought flowers very often (hint, hint, Husband), so I usually buy them myself. Alternatively, I make my own display with cuttings from the wildflowers in the garden.
My usual floral display around Christmas time is a poinsettia plant. I just love the colourful reds and golds of the festive season. A few weeks ago though, the lovely people at Prestige Flowers sent me a bunch of their Christmas “Festivity” arrangement.
The Festivity bouquet is one of our favourite Christmas arrangements at Prestige Flowers. With Rudolph red roses, gentle gerberas and cinnamon sticks; Festivity is the perfect gift to send this Christmas. Festivity embraces true Christmas tradition with red festive blooms and green aspidistra.
This arrangement comes with a FREE box of fine handemade British chocolates!
It’s always lovely to receive a bunch of flowers via mail, and I think it’s wonderful that florists are able to do this nowadays. One thing people may worry about with flowers by mail, is that they aren’t very fresh when they arrive. When my Festivity arrangement arrived, it smelled and looked just as fresh as it would if it came from a physical shop on the same day, due to the super quick delivery.
Opening the box was such a treat; the flowers were beautifully wrapped, and with the addition of cinnamon sticks, smelled absolutely amazing. A true Christmas scent. Also with a visual treat of the beautiful reds of the roses and gerberas, green of the aspidistra, and complementing browns of the cinnamon sticks and pinecones. Another lovely surprise was discovering the box of chocolates that come free with this arrangement for the lucky recipient.
The Festivity arrangement comes in three sizes; standard, medium, and large. Other items are available to be added for an additional fee; perhaps a vase, a cuddly bear, or a bottle of wine. Prestige Flowers are still delivering in time for Christmas too, so why not treat someone during the festive season.
