After my shock loss last week I went home feeling back in the game, with less tooth pain, and ready to rock the week; it didn’t last long though. I just can’t seem to get back in the groove lately. I am on plan a lot of the time but then I will just give in to temptation and it all goes to pot. Though on a positive spin, I have got myself out of the mindset that “Oh well, I’ve had this <insert naughty food here> now, I may as well just carry on!”. Instead I think, no, I can do this, I will be back on plan as much as I can. For example yesterday, I was deadly in need of chocolate but instead of going in the cupboard to my syn bin, I had a banana instead – yay me! I do need to start meal planning again though, but I think I will do so when we have moved in a couple of weeks.

Some of my Insta-posts from this week:

So on to weigh in… In all honesty, I did go expecting a gain as we were out for dinner on Sunday and I was naughty, and then we had a takeaway curry on Monday, the day before weigh in! I would have been very lucky if I had lost anything. So I was very happy when I stepped on the scales to see a maintain. Obviously I would have preferred a loss as I only needed that half a pound to get my 2.5st, but it is better than a gain.

I think I was also fairly happy as I had two NSV’s this week too…

My stats for this week (week 31):
  • starting weight – 13st 4.5lb
  • previous weight – 10st 12lb
  • current weight – 10st 12lb
  • loss this week – 0lb = maintain
  • loss so far – 2st 6.5lb
  • Club 10 target weight – 11st 13.5lb – achieved 05/05/15!
  • final target weight – 9st 6lb

How are you guys getting on?

  1. Fabulous NSV! I find it's those things outside of the number on the scales that give me the push to keep going with my own weight loss. You're doing great, and such a huge step to be able to slip up and not completely fall off the wagon too.

  2. Well done!! You look amazing to have lost all of that weight, and your doing a great job! Hopefully you get your stone award this week! good luck and thank you for linking up #swsunday
