After my shock loss last week I went home feeling back in the game, with less tooth pain, and ready to rock the week; it didn’t last long though. I just can’t seem to get back in the groove lately. I am on plan a lot of the time but then I will just give in to temptation and it all goes to pot. Though on a positive spin, I have got myself out of the mindset that “Oh well, I’ve had this <insert naughty food here> now, I may as well just carry on!”. Instead I think, no, I can do this, I will be back on plan as much as I can. For example yesterday, I was deadly in need of chocolate but instead of going in the cupboard to my syn bin, I had a banana instead – yay me! I do need to start meal planning again though, but I think I will do so when we have moved in a couple of weeks.
Some of my Insta-posts from this week:
So on to weigh in… In all honesty, I did go expecting a gain as we were out for dinner on Sunday and I was naughty, and then we had a takeaway curry on Monday, the day before weigh in! I would have been very lucky if I had lost anything. So I was very happy when I stepped on the scales to see a maintain. Obviously I would have preferred a loss as I only needed that half a pound to get my 2.5st, but it is better than a gain.
I think I was also fairly happy as I had two NSV’s this week too…
- starting weight – 13st 4.5lb
- previous weight – 10st 12lb
- current weight – 10st 12lb
- loss this week – 0lb = maintain
- loss so far – 2st 6.5lb
- Club 10 target weight – 11st 13.5lb – achieved 05/05/15!
- final target weight – 9st 6lb
How are you guys getting on?

Fabulous NSV! I find it's those things outside of the number on the scales that give me the push to keep going with my own weight loss. You're doing great, and such a huge step to be able to slip up and not completely fall off the wagon too.
Thank you x
Well done!! You look amazing to have lost all of that weight, and your doing a great job! Hopefully you get your stone award this week! good luck and thank you for linking up #swsunday
