After my weigh in last week where I was actually quite shocked at my small gain I was right back on plan and was determined to get my holiday weight off and grab that 2 stone award I have been chasing for the last few weeks. We didn’t have any plans other than a barbecue at my mum’s at the weekend where I knew I would stuff my face (!) so I tried to keep my syns down for the rest of the week for some damage limitation. Indeed I did my stuff my face and I have absolutely no idea how many syns I ended my week on, but I did feel pretty bloated by the end of it so wasn’t expecting much of a loss to be honest.

On to weigh in… As I said above, after the weekend and feeling bloated I wasn’t feeling like I would have much of a loss when I stepped on the scales, though I was dying to finally get that 2 stone award. I was nervous when I stepped on the scales and they flickered a couple of times but finally settled at the number which gave me a 3lb loss – meaning this is “the one where…” I get my two stone award! Totally ecstatic!
I don’t have any major plans for this week though it is our wedding anniversary on Saturday but I am planning on making some Chinese dishes, either syn free or low syn. As much as I would prefer a takeaway (!) I want to keep that loss going now as I am actually away next weekend!
