My meal plan from last week went to plan other than on Friday. We visited hubby’s Nan at lunchtime and Father-in-law bought us fish & chips for lunch so we just had sandwiches for dinner. On Saturday we had naan bread pizzas though as I didn’t have any pizza bases nor any yeast to make some – they were delicious though!
I only have half a meal plan this week because we go away on Friday, so there won’t be one for the whole of next week either.
Meal plan for w/c 25th August:
Monday – Minted lamb kofta kebabs, broad bean cous cous, and halloumi
Tuesday – Sausages, home made chips, and peas
Wednesday – We may be out tonight but if not then jacket potatoes and beans
Thursday – Creamy courgette & bacon pasta
Friday – HOLIDAY!
Saturday – HOLIDAY!
Sunday – HOLIDAY!
