Do I have prenatal depression?

When we become pregnant with our first baby, when we first see that positive pregnancy test, no matter how long we have been trying, we are overcome by emotions – happy, excited, nervous, maybe a little scared, but that one soon disappears. We immediately feel love for that precious little life which we have created. Through all of these emotions, we never imagine that we will end up feeling sad at any point through our pregnancy – a little fed up of aches & pains and the such, maybe! But not feelings of sadness. Feelings of not wanting to do it any more. But unfortunately, it does happen. Some people will recognize the signs, but some may not.
