Today I did my shopping and planned my meals for the week. This is what I bought:
I will be blogging every evening what I have eaten during the day, and how I am feeling.
I know this is going to be a tough, tough challenge, and I’m fully prepared to be longing for snacks but I know I can’t have them – so there will be plenty of water on standby! It’s all for a good cause, and I’m hoping I can reach my fundraising target by the end of the week.
